Tara brings over 20 years of experience as an Event Manager, working in prestigious 5-star hotels and Destination Gold Coast, a leading tourism bureau. She has planned and executed corporate and private events, weddings and gala award functions, conventions, conferences and exhibitions, one day events and five days events – to list a few. Her time as an Event Manager has equipped her with the art of creating and delivering successful experiences through creativity, resourcefulness and exceptional communication skills.

During her years in hospitality, she has also worked on the pre-opening of a 5-star hotel where she worked alongside different stakeholders in the planning process of the project. Along with her years as an Event Manager, Tara discovered her ability to write successful grants when she was approached by a company in 2019 and won three grants straight off the bat. Since then, she has continued to work with sports clubs helping them and the community to obtain funds that are essential.
